Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager / Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple property locations and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing property portfolios, coordinating with clients and tenants, and leading a team to deliver exceptional property management services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with property management tools, and a solid understanding of leasing, budgeting, and Fair Housing regulations. This position offers an opportunity to lead regional operations within a dynamic property management company dedicated to excellence. Duties Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Manage lease or rental agreement processes, including drafting, renewals, and enforcement. Utilize property management tools to track occupancy, maintenance requests, and financial transactions. Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, vendors, and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Lead and manage a team of property staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and monitor budgets for regional properties, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality standards. Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal requirements in all leasing and management activities. Coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor relationships to ensure properties are well-maintained. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for senior management. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field within a property management company. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, correspondence, and data analysis. Experience managing client relationships and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with property management tools used for tracking leases, maintenance requests, and financials. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal considerations related to leasing practices. Experience with budgeting processes specific to property portfolios or real estate operations. Pay:
$55,590.67 - $60,000.00 per year
