A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We are a growing real estate company looking for a Property Manager to run our property management operations and oversee our other affiliated companies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys real estate, working with people, coordinating details, and making sure properties are cared for at the highest level. The Opportunity As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for protecting our properties, supporting owners and tenants, managing vendors, and helping create an exceptional property management experience. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and treats every property like it is their own.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage daily operations of the property management company Collaborate with the Co-Founder to help oversee and manage the day to day operations of the affiliated companies Oversee the Burley office building and ensure it is properly maintained and tenants' needs are met Provide professional communication with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and property improvements Schedule and oversee contractors and service providers Ensure work is completed correctly and on time Conduct property inspections and identify potential issues Manage tenant questions, concerns, and follow-up Help maintain organized property records and documentation Improve systems for maintenance, communication, and service Protect the condition and value of every property managed Ensure properties meet company standards
