At Budget Blinds of Boise, this isn't a traditional marketing job. You're not here just to post on social media or manage advertising campaigns. You're here to help drive the future growth of our company. You'll build relationships with builders, interior designers, realtors, remodelers, and community leaders. You'll create marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads. You'll represent Budget Blinds throughout the Treasure Valley while helping us become the most recognized and trusted name in custom window coverings. If you love meeting people, thinking creatively, building partnerships, and making things happen, this could be one of the most rewarding opportunities of your career. What You'll Do Build strategic referral partnerships throughout the Treasure Valley. Represent Budget Blinds at networking events, home shows, and community organizations. Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns. Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives. Strengthen our brand throughout the community. Support Sales Consultants with referral and connector strategies. Track marketing performance and identify new growth opportunities. Working Environment This is a dynamic role that blends office work with community involvement. Some days you'll be developing marketing campaigns in the office. Other days you'll be meeting with builders, attending networking events, visiting referral partners, or representing Budget Blinds at community events.
