Job Description
The Gables Memory Care in Shelley is a beautiful, premier senior living community in the area. The Gables is driven by the genuine care and desire to improve the quality of life of others. We are currently looking for a licensed Administrator in the State of Idaho. Candidates must be professional, have proper licensing, excellent leadership and people skills and a passion for caring for the elderly. The facility is licensed for 16 residents, so it is a small intimate environment. Job duties in this role are very broad, and are including, but not limited to; coordinating Resident care, hiring and managing care staff, community relations, marketing, reviewing policies and procedures and implementing them to ensure compliance, etc. The candidate would be responsible for overseeing all areas of the community operation and would be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance. Several years of management experience is preferred, and again, a license is required. The candidate must be self-motivated, driven to make a difference, has extreme attention to detail, compassionate, hardworking, and the ability to mentor others. The Candidate must have the following qualifications: 1
- An Idaho Residential Care Administrator License
MUST HAVE 2
- 5 years of managerial experience 3
- 5 years of assisted living experience 4
- Relevant education
