CLS Operations Manager Full-Time | Exempt | Community Living Services (CLS) 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift support as needed Participation in on-call rotation required As the CLS Operations Manager, you will: Leadership & Staff Development Lead, coach, and supervise Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture Resolve employee concerns and provide ongoing support Oversee multiple community-integrated homes Ensure individuals receive safe, high-quality, person-centered supports Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, HIPAA, and agency policies Promote positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and community partners Ensure all abuse and neglect allegations are properly reported as a mandated reporter Administrative Responsibilities Manage scheduling and staffing & Track attendance, PTO, and payroll functions Ensure medication administration documentation is accurate Maintain program records and compliance documentation Manage assigned agency resources, vehicles, and facilities (
