Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to join our team!
Residential Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation of residential homes Manage caseload of adults with developmental disabilities Supervise direct support staff and oversee the healthcare and medications system for clients Participate in annual Discovery Processes and Personal Plans Complete QIDP paperwork such as Implementation Strategies, monthly progress notes, HRC updates, and quarterly environmental reviews Carry 24-hour emergency cell phone
Residential Program Manager Qualifications:
