Full-time Assistant Property Manager Position:
The Assistant Property Manager at this community acts as an initial ambassador between the public, the residents of the apartment community, and the community management team. This individual is responsible for providing exceptional service to community residents, prospective residents, and internal team members. The Assistant Property Manager must provide the community with value and quality by assessing the needs of clients they are assisting and providing a solution that not only coincides with the goals of the community but is beneficial for all concerned parties. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient property management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in various aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.
Assistant Property Manager responsibilites:
Assist in managing daily property operations and tenant relations. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion. Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals. Conduct regular property inspections and document findings. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property activities. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and complaints. Support Property Manager in administrative and operational tasks.
