Responsibilities Lead and manage a mowing crew on daily routes Ensure properties are completed efficiently and to company quality standards Perform mowing, trimming, edging (blade edger), and blowing Take before and after photos at each property using LMN Train and coach crew members on proper techniques and safety Complete daily documentation and ensure accurate clock-ins/outs utilizing LMN software Maintain and inspect trucks, trailers, and equipment as directed Provide professional customer interaction when needed Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of verifiable professional experience in residential or commercial mowing (more preferred) Previous crew lead or supervisory experience
