The purpose of the Resident Stipend (RS) is to recognize the importance of resident involvement in creating a positive living environment and in actively participating in the overall mission of public housing. The RS will ensure the overall smooth operation of the community on a day-to-day basis. #

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a dependable, community-minded Resident Stipend to serve as an onsite support resource for one of our apartment communities. This unique opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and wants to make a positive impact where they live. The Resident Stipend assists with light property upkeep, resident support, and after-hours needs while helping create a safe, friendly, and well-maintained community. What You'll Do Help maintain the appearance of the community and common areas. Assist residents with minor after-hours concerns, lockouts, and community support. Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly. Support light cleaning, grounds upkeep, and general property appearance. Maintain communication with the Community Manager and onsite team. Help foster a welcoming, respectful, and positive living environment. We're Looking for Someone Who... Lives on or is willing to live at the community. Is dependable, responsible, and enjoys helping others. Can work independently and communicate effectively. Takes pride in keeping the community clean, safe, and welcoming. Is comfortable responding to occasional after-hours resident needs. Has experience in customer service, maintenance support, janitorial work, groundskeeping, or property operations (preferred).

Evening and weekend part-time hours with flexibility.

Compensation :
