What You'll Do:

Set up and manage property listings across Short Term Rental platforms, optimizing furnishing, pricing, photos, and descriptions to maximize occupancy and revenue. Own the full guest experience from inquiry to checkout, handling communication, conflict resolution, and reviews professionally and promptly. Coordinate turnovers and vendor relationships to keep properties guest-ready at all times. Track expenses, manage furnishing budgets, and flag any issues before they become problems. Maintain accurate records for leasing, maintenance, and compliance purposes. Manage all aspects of short-term rental properties, including initial set up and furnishing, online listing creation, pricing strategies, and occupancy management Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and facilities management to ensure properties are in top condition for guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience from booking to checkout. Conduct conflict management and resolution to handle guest disputes or issues efficiently and professionally Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on short-term rentals or leasing operations. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
