Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Full Job Description Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Site Property Manager to assist the Area Director in overseeing a portfolio of communities. In this role, you will ensure that the administrative and operational goals of ownership and management are met, and you will be responsible for communicating with the Area Director to address and resolve issues. The Senior Site Property Manager should also be able to fulfill the duties of an Apartment Manager and must have experience with tax credit or rural development properties. $25 - $29 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Compliance :
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing, RD, HUD, MSHDA, and City/State ordinances.
Team Management :
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising property staff to achieve company operational goals.
Administrative Oversight :
Conduct monthly property inspections, manage apartment applications, ensure tax credit compliance, and evaluate marketing and resident retention programs.
Property Management :
Perform monthly property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met, oversee fire safety checks, and supervise maintenance functions.
Resident Relations :
Address resident issues and maintain strong communication with residents to resolve concerns.
Governing Agencies :
Assist in physical inspections and reviews by regulatory agencies.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Oversee 8-15 employees and manage up to 10 properties indirectly. Responsibilities include staffing, training, assigning tasks, and resolving employee issues.

Qualifications :
Education :
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in property or housing management, with tax credit or rural development experience required.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Licenses :
Valid driver's license.
Physical Demands :
The role requires frequent sitting, walking, and occasional standing, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Work Environment :
