Community Manager Justus Rental Properties, Inc. - 2.4 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Property management company experience Full Job Description Canal Overlook (Indianapolis, IN): Canal Overlook Apartments is a Class A-pedestrian friendly community ideally located in the downtown Indianapolis The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the community operations including the management of the marketing and maintenance departments in order to meet the objectives set forth by the Regional Property Manager and Ownership. The candidate must have a passion to achieve optimum resident satisfaction while leading the team in areas of leasing, renewals, retention, community events and day to day operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing the rental structure and expenditures. Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy. Oversee resident relations, which includes facilitating resident phone calls, requests and concerns. Ensure compliance as well as federal and local regulations. Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively. Oversee daily leasing processing and timely completion of service requests. Analyze monthly performance and budget projections. Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management including leasing and administration. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exposure to property management software. Experience with Real Page or equivalent is preferred. Experience in financial reporting. Comprehensive knowledge of marketing techniques including outreach. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
