Full Job Description About Elon:
Elon Property Management is a dynamic leader in the multi-family housing industry, offering full-service property management to a billion-dollar portfolio consisting of over 22,500 units across 20 US markets. We are committed to delivering excellent living experiences for our residents and strong returns for our property owners. We're currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee 180 apartments and the daily operations for at one of our residential communities. Job Summary As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations. You'll lead an on-site team and work to ensure high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficient property performance. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property Supervise and support leasing and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident communications Manage budgets, control expenses, and meet financial goals Coordinate maintenance and property improvement projects Maintain accurate records using property management software Foster a positive and respectful living environment for residents Qualifications 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management (required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws Experience with property management software
