  • 55,000 GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and supervise a family-style residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Residential Manager , you will assist with coaching new staff, serving as a role model, and spearheading administrative functions for an assigned residential program. You will ensure a high quality of life for the individuals we serve by assuring a well-trained and motivated team and establishing positive relationships with persons served and staff. Some duties include:
Promoting high quality outcomes for persons served by training, supporting, and supervising staff Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized daily schedules for the program and persons served Facilitating budget compliance with oversight of the house and client accounts Ensuring proper staff coverage is available Providing direct support for persons served when necessary Some qualifications: One
  • two years of prior experience in a position of similar scope, preferred Bachelor's degree in psychology, human development or a related discipline, preferred A desire to lead and mentor a team of staff Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Flexibility in assigned working hours and participating in weekend on-call rotation Must have a valid Driver's License and safe driving record Must successfully pass criminal background check Some benefits include: Weekly pay Health/vision/dental insurance Paid time-off Paid holidays Flexible spending account (FSA) Career advancement opportunities Matching 401k after 1 year tenure
