THE ROLE WE'RE FILLING

ESCROW OFFICER
As a key contributor within the escrow team, the Residential Escrow Officer plays an essential role in facilitating real estate transactions from start to finish. This role is responsible for reviewing title commitments and ensuring the accurate handling and transfer of funds between buyers, sellers, and lenders. This position requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. The Residential Escrow Officer will balance the financial and regulatory aspects of each closing while delivering a seamless and professional customer experience. Success in this role relies on strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Able to interpret title commitments, financial figures, and legal documents with sound judgment and attention to detail.

Demonstrates strong time management and follow-through, ensuring tasks such as payoffs, recordings, and disbursements are completed promptly.
YOU'LL NEED THESE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Strong alignment with the company's core values, using them to guide day-to-day work and decision making. High school diploma or equivalent; Title insurance license required; ability to pass a background check. 1 - 3 years of related work experience preferred within escrow, title, or a similar environment. Ability to review title commitments and facilitate lien satisfaction for real estate transactions. Experience managing and closing real estate transactions with accuracy and efficiency; strong understanding of financial calculations related to escrow closings. Ability to manage high-volume workflows, including email correspondence and transaction files; excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office software. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced environment.
