If you love keeping a property running smoothly, building strong resident relationships, and leading a team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee leasing, rent collection, and resident communications to keep occupancy high and delinquency low. Lead and support onsite staff and coordinate with vendors on make-readies, maintenance, and repairs. Maintain curb appeal and ensure the communities are clean, compliant, and well-maintained. Handle lease enforcement, community rule enforcement, and eviction proceedings when necessary. Market the communities, screen prospects, and show units as needed. Keep resident ledgers, reporting, and records up to date in RealPage OneSite. Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process through Accounts Payable. Serve as the main point of contact between residents, ownership, and your supervisor. Support annual budget preparation. Respond to resident and maintenance emergencies, including some nights and weekends. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of property management experience. Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ADA compliance. Experience with RealPage OneSite (or similar property management software). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies. Fluent in Spanish Nice to Have CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification. Experience managing multiple sites or mixed-income communities.
