We're looking for an Advance Planning Specialist to serve families in the Ottawa, Kansas area by helping them plan ahead with confidence and peace of mind. This is an in‑office role based at the funeral home, focused on guiding families through pre‑planning and funding funeral arrangements before the need arises. The role combines structured appointments with proactive outreach and follow‑up. The position blends relationship‑building with community outreach. You'll follow up on leads, host community workshops, and work closely with funeral home teams and local partners to support advance planning services throughout the community.
