Assistant Apartment Property Manager

Looking for someone with a sales/customer service driven personality. Property management experience is a plus but not required. Looking for someone that is customer focused and well organized with excellent time management skills. The Assistant Property Manager will conduct the day-to-day operations of the community, including, but not limited to: rent collections bank deposits answering phones and scheduling tours giving tours and renting apartments pre-occupancy and post occupancy inspections delegate and monitor work orders handling community emergencies maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and co-workers The potential candidate needs to have a flexible attitude and the ability to role with the punches. We want someone who has pep in their step and interested in a long term career with an opportunity for growth.
