As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. Position Overview The Maintenance Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. This role combines client relationship management, account growth, sales, and operational support to ensure exceptional service and long-term client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in horticulture and landscape management. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of maintenance accounts. Build strong, long-term client relationships. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Prepare scopes of work, proposals, and project timelines. Conduct property inspections and site audits. Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution. Review project performance and profitability. Maintain accurate client records and project documentation. Assist with collections and overdue invoices. Promote a culture of professionalism, positivity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of landscape account management or related client-facing experience. Strong knowledge of local plant materials, turf, irrigation, and common landscape issues. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with computer systems; Aspire experience is a plus. Positive attitude with a servant-leadership mindset.
