Preserve and maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community and facilities Full-time position in the Topeka Area atCedar Ridge Apartments Requirements:
Primary Duties Include:
Show available units to prospective tenants and guide them through the application, leasing, and move in process Assist manager in overseeing site staff, leasing, marketing, and property maintenance Manage rent collections and tenant ledgers; issue notices for past-due accounts per company policy Assist in maintaining accurate financial records Provide excellent customer service by resolving resident concerns quickly Support current residents with ongoing needs and move-outs, including unit inspections Work with the maintenance team to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendors/contractors to ensure the property is safe and well maintainedQualifications:
Previous or current multifamily property management experience required Multiple years in the industry required Compensation is based on experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and document management Knowledge of property management principles and practices Experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, or other CRM software is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is requiredSimilar jobs in Topeka, KS
