05-20-2026 Job Purpose Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance activities. Supports efficient property operations while ensuring quality customer service, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with all company and program requirements. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with maintaining occupancy levels that meet or exceed budgeted goals by responding to inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining waitlists. Support rent collection efforts, including posting payments, preparing notices, and following up on delinquent accounts. Assist residents with questions, concerns, lease paperwork, and general customer service needs. Process move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and preparation of required documentation. Help coordinate make-ready activities and communicate with maintenance staff regarding work orders and unit turnover. Create, update, and track work orders to ensure timely completion. Maintain resident files and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable program requirements. Assist with annual recertifications and lease renewals by gathering required documentation and preparing files for review. Enter and maintain information in OneSite, Procorem, and other required systems. Assist with property inspections, file audits, and visits from regulatory agencies, partners, and auditors. Monitor property appearance and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Approve and submit invoices and receipts as directed by the Property Manager. Maintain regular communication with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff. Attend required training sessions, webinars, and management meetings. Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations. Key Performance Measurement(s) Timely processing of resident files, recertifications, and lease renewals. Accurate rent posting and administrative recordkeeping. Timely response to resident concerns and maintenance requests. Support achievement of occupancy and turnover goals. Maintenance of organized and compliant resident and property files. Physical Activities & Requirements ? Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 100% of the work shift). ? Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed. ? Average hearing and vision required for communication and inspection duties. ? Customer service-oriented and able to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and staff. ? Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record Qualifications ? One (1) year of administrative, customer service, or property management experience preferred. ? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with OneSite preferred. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in resident interactions.Positions Supervised:
