Job Description

Northern Kentucky - Property Manager Romar Management is seeking an experienced, full-time Property Manager that oversees all functions of the property. Experience with Tax Credits, Project Based Vouchers, and Housing Choice Vouchers preferred.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for conversion of the telephone and walk-in prospects to leases, resulting in maintained and increases occupancy. Manage the office clerical, filing and record-keep systems. Listen and address resident concerns and requests on timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management. Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to ensure work orders are completed. Ensure residents adhere to the lease and company policies and procedures. Maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on timely basis. Collect rent from residents, provides appropriate documentation, and sends reminder statements to the residents pertaining to rent that is due. Ensure that invoices are accurately processed for approval and payment by Administrative office, manage petty cash and all funds.
Requirements:
1+ years of property management experience. High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience and/or knowledge in HUD/Section 8 and LIHTC regulations. Excellent management and communication skills with a solid professional image. Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellence in time management. Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including working with vendors and contractors. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AppFolio Property Management Software (plus). Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
