This growing property management company offers a positive and comfortable working environment. We are seeking a full-time residential maintenance supervisor with at least two years of experience for our apartment communities located in Elsmere KY. Must have maintenance experience and capable of multi-tasking & work independently. If you have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, positive attitude and maintenance skills and seeking an opportunity and challenge with a great company, look no further!
A qualified candidate will perform:
Work Orders daily Prepare vacant units ready for move ins Report to Property Manager Maintain maintenance shop Maintain the property grounds
Skills:
HVAC certified a plus Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills Experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance Knowledge and ability to perform turnover process
  • Background Check Required
  • Some on call hours.
Overtime will be available! Competitive Salary plus Full Benefits Required experience: Maintenance or remodeling experience required: 2years HVAC certification a plus, but not required

Full-time Salary starting at $26.00 based on experience
