Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies. Utilize property management tools. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs to uphold property standards and safety. Handle client communication with professionalism via phone and email; resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management skills. Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with facilities management to optimize operational efficiency. Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and legal administrative records related to property management activities. Skills Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations. Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and client relationship management abilities. Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate tasks efficiently. Solid background in property management with at least 3 years of experience . Ability to handle conflict resolution tactfully while maintaining positive resident relationships.
