Job Description

Property Manager Louisville, KY $58,000 - $63,000 base + bonus Job Overview We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple residential communities in the Louisville area, including Kenwood, Woodlawn, Maple Run, and future acquisitions. This is a multi-site leadership role, not a traditional single-property manager position. You will act as the operational lead across several communities, helping improve processes, support on-site teams, and drive a strong resident experience. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and improving how things work, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties Lead and support leasing and maintenance teams Handle escalated operational and employee issues Ensure accountability for performance and service standards Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and pricing Conduct regular check-ins with staff and support development Improve processes and identify operational efficiencies Track property performance metrics and reporting Support lease-ups and new property transitions What We're Looking For Leadership experience in property management, hospitality, retail, or service environments Comfortable managing multiple priorities and locations Strong communication and people leadership skills Problem-solver who takes initiative Ability to work in a fast-changing environment Strong focus on customer/resident experience Nice to Have Multi-site management experience Lease-up or property transition experience Experience leading small on-site teams (leasing + maintenance) Compensation & Benefits $58K-$63K base salary Bonus potential Full benefits package Why Join Us Multi-site leadership opportunity (not just one property) Room to grow in a scaling organization Opportunity to improve and shape how operations run Strong focus on team culture and resident experience
