This is a leadership and operations role , not a traditional single-site property management position. You will act as the operational "quarterback" across multiple communities driving performance, strengthening processes, and ensuring a consistently high-quality resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, leading through change, and improving how things work

What You'll Do Lead daily operations across multiple residential properties Manage and develop on-site leasing and maintenance teams Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and personnel issues Drive accountability for performance, service standards, and outcomes Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, and pricing activity Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support growth and performance Identify gaps in process and implement operational improvements Track KPIs and ensure property-level reporting accuracy Support lease-up activity and integration of new acquisitions Partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution What Success Looks Like You will succeed in this role if you: Thrive in environments where things are still being built and improved Naturally take ownership and bring structure to complexity Balance people leadership with operational discipline Focus on solving root causes, not just day-to-day issues Are comfortable managing multiple priorities across locations Ideal Background Property management OR hospitality/service leadership experience Multi-site or multi-unit operational management experience strongly preferred Experience leading small teams (leasing + maintenance) Exposure to lease-ups, acquisitions, or property transitions is a plus Strong communicator with a people-first leadership style Why This Role Opportunity to step into a true multi-site leadership position High autonomy to improve processes and shape operations Growing organization with expansion plans Direct impact on teams, residents, and operational success Stable base salary + bonus potential Compensation $58,000
