Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Currently, Envolve is searching for an Assistant Community to work at Lower Hunter Trace in Louisville, KY.
Description:
This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.Duties:
Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff. Rent collection and posting Actively work on collecting delinquent rent Process invoices Complete Move Out Inspections Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests. Entering work orders Update Make Readies in Yardi.Qualifications:
Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Candidate must have a full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details needed. A minimum of 1 - 2 years of Tax Credit Property Management experience preferred. HUD experience is a plus Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
