May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This role supports the Property Manager in financial operations, resident accounts, and ensuring consistent enforcement of rent policies and procedures. Responsibilities Manage rent collections, including posting payments, monitoring delinquency, and enforcing collection policies Perform heavy collections efforts, including late notices, follow-ups, payment plans, and documentation Coordinate and process evictions in compliance with company policy and local regulations Maintain accurate resident ledgers and financial records Assist with monthly reporting, variances, and financial tracking Respond to resident inquiries related to balances, charges, and payment arrangements Support lease renewals and ensure proper documentation is completed Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and (if applicable) LIHTC/affordable housing guidelines Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and office management Utilize property management software (e.g., RealPage) for accounting, reporting, and resident tracking Provide backup support for leasing activities as needed Requirements Prior experience as an Seasonal Resident Coordinator or in property management required Strong background in collections, delinquency management, and resident accounting Knowledge of eviction processes and legal compliance Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing programs is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle difficult conversations and enforce policies professionally Proficiency in property management software (RealPage or similar) Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of fair housing guidelines If you are ready for a company to invest in you, please apply today.
