SUPPORT THE TEAM. SERVE THE RESIDENTS. KEEP IT RUNNING.
At VPG, our Assistant Property Managers are the glue that holds day-to-day operations together. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented team player who can support every side of the property — administrative, financial, leasing, and resident service — while helping the Property Manager keep things running smoothly. You'll be a trusted right hand on-site: managing records and reporting, coordinating vendors and maintenance, supporting leasing and move-ins, and making sure residents get prompt, professional service. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in getting the details right, and is ready to grow into bigger property management responsibilities. If you're organized, resident-focused, and looking to build a career in property management, let's talk. Why Join the Property Team at VPG? Hands-on experience — Get exposure to every side of property operations, from leasing to compliance to financials. Growth path — Build the skills and track record to grow into a Property Manager role. Supportive structure — Work closely with an experienced Property Manager who will mentor and develop you. Meaningful work — Be the person residents and vendors count on to get things done right.
