Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment building. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, assisting residents with issues, and providing strong communication with ownership.General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage resident relationships, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
- Enforce building policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Hire and manage outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Manage basic budgets and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment Min USD $50,000.
Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, and lead others to create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s).
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentation(s).
- Is accountable for BIM/CAD department's ability to adhere to current company CAD Standards and project-specific requirements.
- Regular attendance is mandatory
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have experience in a customer-facing position, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of property management software and technology
- Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
- Works well as part of a team and independently.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project), Windows and email
- Meets Company minimum driving standards
- Manages multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Management certification (e.g., CPM, ARM, or PCAM)
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
