Pay Range:
$60,000
  • $64,500 per year, based on experience and education
Sign-On Bonus:
$2,000 (paid in two installments at 3 months and 6 months, per employer policy, for full-time employees working 40 hours/week). Make a Difference Every Day! The Arc of the South Shore is seeking an experienced Full-Time Residential Program Manager to lead our Braintree program. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of assigned residential program(s) Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical support to staff and individuals served Ensure compliance with agency policies, documentation, and reporting requirements Step in as needed to maintain staffing and deliver hands-on care Administer medications per MAP standards Support mobility and safety (e.g., wheelchair-accessible van, Hoyer lift) Promote independence, dignity, and community integration for individuals Complete ISPs and utilize HCSIS Provide 24/7 on-call support for program issues and emergencies
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in human services (IDD, mental health, or medically involved)
Certifications:
First Aid, CPR, and MAP required
Education:
BA/BS or associate's degree in human services/medical field preferred
Other Requirements:
Valid MA driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass
CORI, SORI, SS
verification, OIG, fingerprinting, and abuse registry checks
