Wingate Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to join a 136-unit Class B market-rate community in Brookline, MA. 00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package. Experience Required for Your Success What You Will Do Conduct apartment tours, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into residents while maintaining strong occupancy levels. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships. Assist with lease renewals, resident retention initiatives, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications. Support daily property operations including rent collections, work order follow-up, reporting, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist the Property Manager with operational, leasing, and resident service responsibilities as needed. What We Are Looking For Previous leasing, assistant property manager, or property management experience preferred. Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Experience working in a market-rate apartment community preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to work occasional Saturdays when leasing traffic and business needs require additional coverage.
