We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to join our team and enhance the quality of life for residents in our community. This vital role involves coordinating services, providing support, and fostering a welcoming environment for individuals and families. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and thriving living environment where residents feel valued and empowered. Duties serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and concerns properly and professionally Coordinate access to community resources such as behavioral health services, workforce development programs and sociol work support implement crisis interven strategies and manage emergency situations with sensivitivity and effiency. Conduct outreach activities to promote resident engagement, mentoring programs, and community events. Support residents through addiction counseling referrals, crisis management plans, and behavioral health interventions. Supervise or collaborate with staff involved in resident support services to ensure quality care and complaince with regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social work, behavioral health, or related fields such as crisis intervention or addiction counseling. Strong understanding of crisis management technique and behavioral health principle. Knowledge of housing assistance programs. Familiarity with workforce development initiatives. Excellent communicationskills with the ability to motivate and empower residents through motiational interwing techniques. Ability to handle sensitive situations involving mental health crises with professionalism and compassion. Pay:

\$21.00 - \$23.00 per hour.
