The Community Partnerships Manager serves as the operational lead for the Partnerships function, ensuring that partnership initiatives, organizational engagement activities, and community relationships are executed effectively in support of BSA's mission. Working closely with the Partnerships team, cross-functional departments, and external organizations, this role anticipates organizational needs, manages competing priorities, exercises independent judgment in facilitating partnership activities, and ensures commitments are carried through to successful completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the organization's partnership infrastructure within Salesforce by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic utilization of partner records, engagement history, organizational contacts, and partnership reporting to support organizational planning and decision-making. Monitor key events of current and prospective partners; create and maintain a cross-functional calendar of events for BSA leadership. Recommend BSA participation and ensure leaders are prepared to speak, as appropriate. Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with Jewish community organizations, advocacy groups, and other external stakeholders by serving as the liaison, fostering collaboration, managing partnership expectations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities that advance BSA's mission. Expand BSA's community partnership network by identifying, cultivating, and initiating relationships with emerging organizations that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. Manage partner communications and engagement activities in collaboration with Marketing by establishing communication plans, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring partner-facing messaging and materials are delivered accurately and within established deadlines. Research, monitor, and evaluate emerging trends within the Jewish community, partner organizations, and the broader antisemitism landscape, identifying partnership opportunities and providing recommendations to leadership regarding engagement strategies and organizational priorities. Evaluate inbound partnership inquiries, assess organizational alignment and potential value, recommend appropriate engagement opportunities, and facilitate internal introductions and follow-up with appropriate departments. Manage executive and partner engagement activities by conducting partnership research, developing executive briefing materials, documenting strategic discussions, monitoring follow-up actions, and ensuring organizational representatives are prepared to effectively represent BSA in meetings and visits with community organizations and strategic partners. Special projects and assignments as business needs dictate. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including
HIPAA. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
4-6 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in operations, project management or commensurate experience preferred Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment. Strong verbal and written communications skills - able to communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external audiences, and to a range of entry and senior level individuals Detail-oriented with a passion for dotting every I and crossing every T Ability to influence others professionally and persuasively to ensure Partnerships work by cross-functional partners within the organization and outside BSA is completed Strong relationship manager - reading between the lines and being appropriately assertive to ensure work is completed Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work and achieve results. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities, identify emerging trends, and develop recommendations that support organizational objectives. Ability to work independently and collaborate within the team, anticipating issues before they arise Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Apps Passion for bridge building across groups and individuals, and standing up to antisemitism and hate of all kinds. Knowledge and experience working within the Jewish community is preferred. Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials preferred.
