Property Manager

What You'll Do:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned condominium communities Manage maintenance needs , including vendor coordination, contract tracking, and collecting bids/proposals Attend evening board meetings as needed Maintain excellent communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams Ensure properties are operating smoothly, efficiently, and within budget

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and time management skills Clear and professional verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willingness to travel between properties

Qualifications:

Previous property management experience (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license (required) 1+ year in customer service or related field (preferred)

Schedule:
