Property Manager Assistant Are you organized, resourceful and someone who enjoys a workday that isn't always the same? A well-established condominium property management company is looking for a full-time Property Manager Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working with people while helping manage the day-to-day needs of multiple condominium communities. You'll work closely with our Property Managers and communicate regularly with Board members, homeowners, contractors and vendors. We're a small, busy office, so we're looking for someone who can stay organized, take initiative and keep things moving—even when priorities change throughout the day. What We're Looking For Strong organization, time management and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ongoing projects Good judgment and a practical approach to problem-solving Professional and confident customer service skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Property management, condominium, real estate or related experience is a plus What You'll Do Communicate with Board members, homeowners, contractors and vendors Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and service calls Track work orders and projects from start to finish Prepare community notices, correspondence and violation letters Obtain quotes and proposals from contractors and vendors Review condominium documents, rules and policies as needed Maintain property records and assist with day-to-day property matters Help tackle the unexpected issues that make every day a little different If you're someone who takes ownership of your work, enjoys solving problems and likes seeing things through from start to finish , we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
