Field Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Execute and track tenant work orders Coordinate plumbers, electricians, and contractors Perform unit walkthroughs and condition assessments Handle tenant issues and enforce standards Ensure properties remain clean, secure, and compliant

Requirements:

Multifamily or maintenance experience Strong general construction knowledge Ability to operate independently
