This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support, and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residential program. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, and ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on-call weekends approximately every 3 weekends.

HOURS:

Full-time, hourly position including on-call, evening, and direct care responsibilities.

PAY:

$21.00 per hour

SUPERVISORS ARE TO BE MAP, CPR, AND FIRST AID CERTIFIED LIFTING REQUIREMENTS

Ability to safely lift 25 pounds is required.
