- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a dedicated Dual Diagnosis Clinician to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and dual diagnosis services including individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and substance use education, using evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and harm reduction Support consumer empowerment and recovery by promoting autonomy, informed choice, community integration, and respectful, trauma-informed care that upholds dignity, cultural sensitivity, and human rights Coordinate and manage care as a primary case manager for assigned consumers, participating in treatment planning, assessments, documentation, and regular interdisciplinary team meetings Build therapeutic relationships to assess client strengths, needs, and functional abilities, delivering targeted problem-solving interventions Contribute to team development and coverage by leading dual diagnosis efforts, providing training and supervision support, attending required meetings and trainings, managing shift coverage, and participating in the 24/7 on-call rotationQualifications:
Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field Massachusetts (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, OR LICSW) or license eligible required Experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm (with rotating a 12-8 shift, weekend and on-call rotation) Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase Annual Salary $64,459.20- $64,459.
