Full Job Description Security Officer Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 11 PM - 7
AM Shift:
Overnight shift Pay rate: $19.00 Hourly Why join us? Description:
As a Signal of New England Security Officer , you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents Respond ly to emergencies or alarms Ensure all building access points are secure
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly Strong observational and communication skills Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required Candidates local to the area are strongly encouraged to apply
