Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Commercial & Multifamily Property Manager We are a growing commercial real estate investment, development, and property management firm seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where you will play a key role in the operational and financial success of our real estate portfolio. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of maintenance requests. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services, including HVAC, fire and life safety systems, landscaping, snow removal, janitorial, and other building maintenance. Coordinate capital improvement projects, tenant fit-outs, and deferred maintenance initiatives. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all building codes, safety requirements, and scheduled inspections. Assist with annual budgets, monitor operating expenses, and support financial reporting. Track lease expirations and work with management on lease renewals. Collaborate with ownership, accounting, vendors, contractors, and tenants to maximize property performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 2-4+ years of commercial and multifamily property management experience required. Construction or project management experience is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional tenant service.
