Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager to support our portfolio of residential sites in the MetroWest area. Under the direction of the Property Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include: Assisting residents and addressing any concerns. Leasing and waitlist management. Interim and annual recertifications. Assisting with monthly financial reporting. Processing invoices. Preparing correspondence and distributing notices to residents. Scheduling maintenance and coordinating work with outside vendors. Overall office management. The work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday. The workweek will be split with 4 days per week spent at sites in Newton and Watertown, MA, and 1 day per week in Hudson, MA. Some flexibility and travel between sites will be required.
Your Qualifications:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills will also be key to success in this role. Previous experience in the recertification process and related regulations of affordable housing programs (Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME) is required. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and Outlook is required; experience with Yardi is preferred. Certifications such as the COS, CPO, and/or SHCM is preferred. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Salary Range:
$65,000-70,000 depending on previous experience.
