We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of the community. In this role, you'll assist with marketing and leasing efforts, resident relations, affordable housing compliance, and administrative responsibilities—all while helping ensure a well-run property and positive resident experience. What you'll do: Support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain target occupancy Lease apartments, oversee leasing activity, and approve rental applications Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns Coordinate resident activities and work with community partners as needed Collect rent, manage resident accounts, and assist with delinquency follow-up Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance activity Maintain accurate resident files and prepare required reports What we're looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience 3+ years of property management experience Experience with affordable housing and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi What we offer: Competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonus
