Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting potential residents with warmth and enthusiasm Conduct tours of our outstanding apartment homes and amenities, highlighting the unique features that make us stand out Developing and implementing creative and extensive marketing campaigns Implement effective strategies to collect rent and minimize delinquencies Guide prospective residents through the application process, providing exceptional customer service every step of the way Utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office and One-Site, to streamline administrative tasks and manage office operations Play an active role in promoting career opportunities within the company and assist in building a cohesive team environment Must possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
