Mon 12p-8p, Tues-Thurs 2p-10p, Sat 8a-4p
Full-Time:
40 hours
Pay:
$19.50-$21.00 per hour
Location:
Southbridge, MA Sign On Bonus:
$1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.

Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history). Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.
