This position will be based out of our Westford, MA branch. At Waltham Pest Services, our Residential Service Managers play a vital role in ensuring we deliver the exceptional, health‑focused service our customers count on. As New England's original pest control provider, we take pride in protecting our communities—and our Service Managers help bring that mission to life every day. Responsibilities You will be responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading insulation materials in residential and commercial attics to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and safety. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to work in a hot environment, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation. Install insulation materials (such as fiberglass, cellulose, or spray foam) according to specifications and safety standards. Remove old or damaged insulation as needed. Operate equipment such as blowers and vacuums Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ladder safety. Communicate with homeowners or site supervisors about project details and progress. Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles. Document completed work and materials used for each job

Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations including climbing ladders, bending, crawling, lifting, and carrying the necessary items throughout the day. You also need to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid): Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range:
