Commercial Property Manager About the Role Our client is looking for a versatile leader to manage the operational and financial integrity of a premier office and industrial portfolio. This role requires a blend of high-touch relationship management and analytical rigor to support a growing regional footprint. You will serve as the primary bridge between ownership and the tenant community. What You'll Own Your daily rhythm involves orchestrating property operations and service delivery for a diverse commercial asset mix. Architect annual budgets and navigate monthly financial variances to ensure fiscal health and transparency. Spearhead the logistics and compliance for all portfolio-wide life safety systems and structural inspections. Direct the execution of lease obligations while strengthening tenant retention through proactive, face-to-face engagement. Navigate complex financial modeling and Excel-based analysis to support ownership during acquisition evaluations. Anchor the invoice approval process and resolve annual operating expense reconciliations with the finance team. What We'd Like A related background in commercial property management focusing on multi-tenant office or industrial environments. Deep comprehension of diverse lease structures and the ability to interpret complex contractual language. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and data-driven decision-making. Superior communication skills to influence vendors and provide white-glove service to occupants.
