COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER
Bethesda firm seeks an experienced, part-time off-site portfolio community manager to work with several of our Montgomery County, MD communities. Our community managers are responsible for the full-time oversight of their communities, to include all aspects of administration, including answering homeowner questions and concerns by e-mail and phone; working with volunteer board and committee members to accomplish onsite administrative tasks; managing annual contract renewals; collaborative development and preparation of annual budgets; soliciting bids for and overseeing completion of landscaping and other common area improvement projects; preparation of agenda and meeting materials for board meetings and attendance at board meetings . Qualified candidates must have a college degree and 2+ years experience working as a community manager. CAI professional credentials preferred (AMS or PCAM). Other requirements - excellent computer, communications and organizational skills; the ability to take initiative and work both independently as well as collaboratively with other staff and community members; and a vehicle for site visits and meetings.
