We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multiple residential communities, drive financial performance, and lead high-performing teams. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations for multiple multifamily communities Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Analyze reports to identify opportunities and improve NOI Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to exceed performance goals Maximize occupancy through strategic leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all local/state regulations Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and lease enforcement Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and capital projects Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards Serve as the main point of contact for ownership, providing performance updates and insights What We're Looking For 3+ years of multifamily property management experience 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience Experience with affordable housing or mixed-income communities (LIHTC) Experience managing large portfolios (1000+ units) Strong financial acumen (budgets, reporting, variance analysis) Knowledge of leasing, collections, and property operations Experience with property management software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with affordable housing or mixed-income communities is a plus Why This Role Stands Out High-visibility role with direct impact on portfolio performance Opportunity to lead multiple communities and teams Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong compensation with bonus potential If you're a strategic, hands-on leader ready to elevate property performance and lead teams to success, we want to connect. #
