Operations Manager Residential Remodeling | Interior & Exterior Projects A growing residential remodeling firm specializing in both interior and exterior renovations is seeking an energetic and driven Operations Manager to help lead and streamline daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and understands the ins and outs of residential remodeling. The ideal candidate is not someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day — they are passionate about construction, process improvement, team leadership, and creating operational efficiencies that help projects run smoothly from start to finish.
